(Although, truth be told, some of these cakes are just too beautiful to eat!) I’ve been perusing the web, scoping out wedding cakes and I have to say, there are some pretty fabulous confections out there! The cake is definitely one of the many fun highlights of a wedding. Achieving a strong cake that is dense enough to support decorations and still remain not only edible but tasty is no easy task and is a skill that bakers strive to master. I know I always appreciate when a gorgeous cake is also delicious!

Feeding the cake to one another symbolizes the commitment that the couple are making to one another – think about that before you go to smoosh it in your love’s face! Okay, okay, I’ll admit, that’s half the fun!
