I am sitting here drooling over this gorgeous Long Island
wedding that was featured on Style Me Pretty a while back. It’s the perfect
blend of elegant and understated: a rustic, sweet and romantic occasion that
was captured on camera beautifully! I mean, look at these pictures and tell me
you wouldn’t LOVE to have this as you’re wedding! (See, you can’t do it, admit
it!) The Foundry is the perfect place to get hitched and this couple make it even more perfect.
The soft focus and warm colors of the photography really
capture the whole atmosphere of the event. Especially all of those gorgeous
floral arrangements – they’re to die for!! Every time I see beautiful bouquets
like this I suddenly get a hankering to grow gardens full of flowers and cut
and arrange them all the time! (Yeah, right!! Like I’d ever have the patience
to do that…) But really, don’t you kind of feel like that when you look at
these florals? They certainly bring out the creativity in me! Anyone have a
garden full of blooming flowers I can borrow for a day to satisfy my sweet
tooth for flower arranging? :)
I love the idea of
using a fan as one of the paper goods for the reception – SO cute! Even though
it’s the middle of winter right now and it’s absolutely freezing outside, this
